About Angel Cakes.......

Angel Cakes was started as a result of what became daily life for my sister and I. Belonging to a huge family, having many good friends and working in Corporate America, my sister and I began to make a career out of gift giving......whether it be wedding shower gifts, office parting gifts or baby shower gifts, there seemed to always be a need.......

My godson, Daniel was born on August 13th of last year. With his birth was the birth of my first diaper cake. I'll save the picture of that diaper cake for the archives, but by creating and giving that first gift, I realized the value of what I had done. I created a gift that was fun, attention grabbing and most of all, useful for the parents-to-be.

What exactly is a Diaper Cake?

A diaper cake is a gift filled with "ingredients" a new mother or father needs to care for his or her newborn. Diaper cakes can also double as a great centerpiece for a baby shower or baby's first birthday party.......the hostess will look as creative as ever and it's a great ice breaker to get the celebration started!
